• Jerfertti ships only on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays).
• All orders are processed within one business day. If an order is placed on Saturday or Sunday it will be processed the following business day.
• We do not ship to islands (such as Mallorca, Tenerife).

No, Jerfertti does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Yes, all your orders are insured against theft & accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to your shipping destination.
Yes, a signature is required for all Jerfertti orders.
We send all packages by DHL.
Yes, once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace link from DHL. Through that link you can follow your package.
Returns
As we love our products, we really hope that you will do the same. However, it can happen that there will be a reason you wish to return (a part of) your order. That’s ok!
All orders can be returned within 14 days after the order has been delivered to you.
Please follow this four steps:
1. Sign up
Send us an e-mail at customercare@jerfertti.com within 14 days after the order has been deliv-ered to you. In this e-mail, please provide us the following information;
• Your order number
• Your name, phone number, e-mail address and delivery address
• The product(s) you wish to return
We would appreciate it if you provide the reason for return
We will reply with a return label you should use for your return.
2. Packaging
Put the product(s) you wish to return into an appropriate cardboard shipping box to prevent the content from being damaged while in transit. Please ensure that all products met our following return conditions;
• All products are in new condition; unused and undamaged.
• All products must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and dustbag.
• The packing list with the provided retour number is included.
3. Return shipment
Put the received return label onto the cardboard shipping box and deliver the package to a DHL Service Point.
4. Payment
Once we have received your returned product(s), we will process the return in our system as soon as possible. At that moment you wil receive an e-mail with the confirmation. If the returned product(s) met our return conditions, we will refund the original purchase price as quickly as pos-sible, but always within 14 days after the termination of the agreement. The refund is made using the same payment method as the order.
