How to place an order?

You can order Jerfertti products from our website by taking the following steps:

  1. Select the product you wish and click on the blue button ‘ Add to shopping bag’.
  2. Go to cart (shopping bag) in the right upper corner of the website and click ‘ Proceed to check out’.
  3. Check if the cart contains the product(s) you wish to purchase.
  4. Fill in your shipping information and select your payment method.
  5. Agree with the privacy policy and terms & conditions
  6. Check your order and provided information
  7. Click on ‘ buy’. You will be automatically redirected to the payment page of your choice.
  8. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes.
How do I know that my order is processed?

Once we you have placed an order at our website you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within a few minutes.

Where is my order?

After we ship your order, you receive an e-mail with a track & trace link. Through this link you can track your order at any time.

Can I change/cancel my order?

If we haven’t dispatched your order by our warehouse, you can change or cancel your order by sending an e-mail to customercare@jerfertti.com

Can I add gift packaging to my order?

At the moment, we do not provide gift packaging.

What is vegetable tanned leather?

Vegetable tanning is the most classical, authentic and environmentally friendly process of dying leather, where an ancient-old technique is used, handed down from father to son for over 200 years. It requires experienced craftsmen and is a time-consuming process.
It earned it’s name because only natural tannins are used, those found in tree barks, fruits and leaves. This ensures the vegetable tanned leather has the wonderful scent, unique characteristics and is easily distinguishable. As a sign of authenticity, no two items are the same.
Our vegetable tanned leather will gain character, revealing imperfections and reflecting the individual owner’s lifestyle.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made by hand in a family-owned workshop in Ubrique, Spain.

The color of the product received is different from what it looks like on your website.

Due to the vegetable tanning process, the leather reveals natural characteristics and colors & texture can differ from product to product. Over time, colors can even gradually darken and the leather develops a beautiful so called patina.
To give you a good impression of our products, we use photos on our website that are intended to match as closely as possible to the actual product. However, colors can vary slightly from the pictures. If you have any questions, please contact us at customercare@jerfertti.com

The product received has an imperfection (like a scratch or spot). What should I do?

Through the years we grow older, we get more life experience and the tracks of life will be visible on our skins. It shows that we have a story to tell. So it does on our leather. It will gain character and ages over time, reveals imperfections and reflect the owners lifestyle. Imperfections, scratches and marks belongs to vegetable tanned leather and that’s what makes this product unique. Therefore, this should not be considered as a quality fault or as a reason for complaint.

There is a defect on the product received. What to do?

If you have received a damaged or defect on your product, please send us an e-mail at customercare@jerfertti.com with a photo of the defect and your order number. We are happy to help you sort this out.
